1. Registrations are Non-Refundable & Transfer Request Policy:
All registration fees are non-refundable. Transfer requests must be submitted via email to support@civtakconf.com no later than Monday, September 16, 2024.
If you have questions regarding registration, please contact us at support@civtakconf.com.
2. Video & Photography Release:
CritComm Insights reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event hosted by CritComm Insights without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. CritComm Insights may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by CritComm Insights, including but not limited to websites, social media, e-communications, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, books, newspapers, magazines, television, etc.
3. Changes to this Policy and/or the Event:
The event is subject to change at any time. CritComm Insights does not guarantee the attendance of any third party (including any exhibitor or speaker) at the event, or that any scheduled session, breakout, keynote, or other activity will take place.
4. Discrimination & Harassment Policy:
CritComm Insights has zero-tolerance for discrimination and all forms of harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment. This zero-tolerance policy means that no form of discriminatory or harassing conduct by or toward any exhibitor, presenter, attendee, or staff member will be tolerated.
CritComm Insights is committed to enforcing its policy at all levels within the company and at any CritComm Insights event. Any person who engages in discrimination or harassment will be subject to discipline and possible removal from the conference premises. If you feel that you have been harassed by any person(s), immediately contact CritComm Insights at admin@critcomminsights.com or, if on location at a CritComm Insights conference, go to the registration desk and ask to speak to the onsite conference manager.
