  • The Strategic Plan is a document used to align an organisation’s daily operation and budget structure with the organisation’s priorities, mission, and objectives. The Strategic Plan includes: Vision; Mission; Long-Term Goals / Objectives / Key Performance Measurements; Strategic Priorities to Achieve the Goals / Objectives / KPIs.
