Rock Flathead is highly regarded for its delicious white flesh. It is considered to be the finest of flatheads due to its delicate flavour and versatile use in a variety of culinary dishes. The flesh is firm and holds together well when cooked, making it an excellent choice for grilling, frying, or baking. It is fished and supplied by our Co-op Member Vessel, the Charissa.
School Whiting (Vic) – A delicate, sweet-flavoured white fish caught off the coast of Victoria. Ideal for grilling, pan-frying, or baking. Sold fresh by the kilogram. Perfect for restaurants and seafood retailers seeking premium local catch.
We fillet, portion, and freeze our gummy as soon as it arrives at the San Remo Jetty. It is just as good as fresh and always available. Packed in approximately 10kg Boxes; the actual weight might vary.

Our Pickled Octopus is Emily, our restaurant manager's special recipe. Our pickling process is fully licensed and tested to ensure the best quality and taste. Sell it in jars in your venue or put it on your menu. This octopus makes a delicious grilled option right out of the jar.
Frozen, breaded squid rings are a fantastic addition to your seafood selection. These squid rings are not provided by our members but are a product of Victorian catch and production. They are packed in 6kg Boxes.
