PLEASE READ

• We will send a 2D mockup of the case for your approval before beginning any work.

• After receiving this form, we will contact you within 24-48 hours using the phone number provided. Progress updates and the build sheet will still be sent via email, so ensure your email is accurate and check your spam or junk folder if you don't see them.

• If you are adding accessories please include them with your gun to drop off at SGC (Scottsdale Gun Club).

• We will be engraving our logo (2"x2") to non upgraded foam and adding a (2"x2") PVC patch logo to upgraded foam.

• We will only be removing the case from SGC, everything else will remain at their facility unless you want your magazines engraved.

• Monday: We will drop off completed work, pick up cases, and trace all guns and accessories associated with them. (Expedited orders will be handled as needed).

• Turnaround time is 1 to 1.5 weeks from the pick-up date

• We will contact you once the case is finished and ready to be picked up from SGC.

• LC Engraving is NOT responsible if there are any scratches/damages done to the case once you drop it off. We will take a photograph of each case prior to removing from SGC. We treat everything in our possesion as if it is our own.
