🕦 Time: 11.30am to 12.30pm
📍 Venue: Wesley Methodist Church - Level 2 hall
💰 Registration fee: $30 (non-refundable)
A non-refundable registration fee of $30 will go towards a good lunch at the end of the course 😊
Pilates is a technique that emphasises strengthening the body’s core and regaining balance, agility and flexibility. Improve your posture, build endurance and gain dynamic control of body movements.
Trainer Lynda Koh is a Wesleyan and certified Stott Pilates Instructor who has been teaching Pilates for over a decade.
