The following outlines expectations for both parties:

Billing Schedule:

Your marketing campaign starts on the first day of billing and will be billed monthly on the same day each month.

Billing can occur any day between the month's 1st and 28th day.

ACH monthly billing is required unless otherwise approved by GeauxTo Group, Inc. Credit cards will have a 3.5% additional transaction fee.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Non-sufficient funds will immediately pause marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, hosting, management, etc. A $30 service charge plus any prorated amount will be due.

All marketing campaigns with GeauxTo Group, Inc. must have a 6-month minimum before the client can implement a cancellation.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by GeauxTo Group, Inc at least 30 business days before the next billing date.

Campaign Management and Allocation:

To reach maximum results, GeauxTo Group, Inc. can allocate or reallocate the monthly marketing campaign budget to various marketing efforts and advertising platforms for optimal results.

All software, technology, and dashboards are proprietary to GeauxTo Group, Inc., including all tracking, advertising, marketing accounts, landing pages, methods, intellectual property, and the like built within GeauxTo Group's proprietary software, technology, and dashboards. This software, technology, and dashboards are available only to our current clients who are actively marketing with GeauxTo Group and are in good standing.

GeauxTo Group, Inc. reserves the right to monitor all results as we see fit for quality assurance.

Transparent Pricing Policy:

GeauxTo Group operates with a clear pricing structure. Any services outside the agreed scope of work will be charged at $125 per hour, subject to client approval. This hourly rate ensures transparency and fairness in our billing process, with estimates provided upfront for any additional tasks.

GeauxTo Group, Inc. can choose to no longer offer or manage the marketing campaign, hosting, websites, etc, for the client at any point in time for any reason. If that happens, GeauxTo Group will pay the prorated amount for the remainder of that month, if applicable, to the client and notify the client in writing at least ten days prior.
