This session will begin with an introduction and a comprehensive review of your business's current status and future aspirations. We will then delve into specific goal-setting discussions, addressing any obstacles hindering your progress. By the end of the consultation, you can expect a clear understanding of your strategic priorities and a follow-up plan tailored to your business needs, which will be sent to you within 48 hours to ensure a structured path forward.

This agreement outlines the terms between I am Erica Thomas ("Coach") and [Client Name] ("Client"). The Client agrees to complete an intake form and submit a non-refundable consultation fee before scheduling the consultation session. Appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable; if rescheduled or missed, the Client must repay the fee to restart. Coaching sessions will be tailored based on information provided by the Client, with a follow-through plan sent via email within 48 hours of the initial consultation. Clients may book coaching sessions once or twice a week for up to 6 months, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
