About This Form

As a training provider for the Skills Bootcamp in Sustainability and Environmental Management, we (PECT/Change Agents UK) are required to gather information on participants to confirm eligibility to participate and to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme. We only collect information that is necessary for these purposes. All information in this application form is treated with compliance to data protection legislation.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal academic entry requirements for the course, however applicants must be at least aged 19 on or before 31st August 2024 and be living or working in the Leicestershire region to study this course.

To be eligible for this Skills Bootcamp, upon and within 6 months of completion you should agree to:

Jobseekers: obtain an interview and gain employment in a paid, relevant role (support provided).

Employed with financial support to participate from current employer: your employer will agree for you to transition to a new or different role within your organisation where you can apply the skills you gained in the course.

Self-Employed: aim to gain new contracts or business that utilises the skills gained through providing a business development plan (support provided); or, obtain an interview for a paid role or apprenticeship. Evidence of your HMRC Self-Employment status will be required to confirm your access to full funding.

As a course participant on the Skills Bootcamp, you will attend 60 hours of live teaching sessions. The 10 sessions will be delivered virtually between 9am-5pm (approx.) on Tuesdays. Do you commit to attending all sessions on the course? *

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been dealt with you may write to DfE through their Whistleblowing and Complaints process. Whistleblowing involves entering a 'whistleblowing' webform on the 'Contact the Department for Education' page, which can be found here: Contact the Department for Education - DFE Online Forms. Whistleblowing submissions for Skills Bootcamps must be clearly marked 'Skills Bootcamps'. They will be submitted via the DfE's whistleblowing submission process and will be escalated to the DfE Skills Bootcamps policy team for response.
