Legal Services Agreement

This Legal Services Contract (this "Agreement"), is entered into by and between Thomas and Things, Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), and {name} (hereinafter referred to as "Client")';

WHEREAS, Client is in need of services of a Legal Professional;

WHEREAS, the Service Provider provides legal assistance to persons in need of legal services;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, Client and the Service Provider hereby agree as follows;

Scope of Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the provision of legal courier and subpoena services by ("Service Provider") to ("Client"). Services include the delivery of legal documents and subpoenas as specified by the Client, ensuring timely and accurate handling in accordance with the instructions provided.

Fees for Service

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fee for each document delivery service. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Fees Not Covered

The following fees are not covered by this agreement and are the sole responsibility of the Client:

Other legal fees
Fines
Costs for photocopying documents
Notarization of documents
Any additional expenses incurred during the delivery process
Client Responsibility to Court

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents are provided to the Service Provider in a timely manner and that all court-related obligations are met. The Service Provider does not guarantee any legal outcomes or court decisions.

No Promises

The Service Provider makes no promises or guarantees regarding the success or outcome of any legal proceedings related to the documents delivered.

Modifications

Any modifications to the services booked must be made within 24 hours of the initial booking and payment. No modifications will be accepted after this period.

Effectivity of Agreement

This agreement becomes effective upon the Client's processing of the booking and payment for services.

Termination of Agreement

If the Client fails to process the booking at least 4 days before the due date, this agreement will be terminated, and no refund will be provided.

Separability Clause

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
