A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to reserve field trips online. Once booked, we will send a confirmation email with an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid no later than seven days prior to the field trip by check or credit card. To pay the balance, you may call 225-388-3090 to pay by credit card or mail a check payable to Knock Knock Children’s Museum to: Knock Knock Children’s Museum, Attention: Finance Manager, 1900 Dalrymple Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70808To ensure the best field trip experience, Knock Knock requires one adult chaperone for every five children. Schools must facilitate the booking of chaperones needed to meet the require ratio and the $12 cost of each chaperone is included in the payment of the field trip. Access for All reduced-price tickets for one adult with an EBT card and an matching LA ID is available at the door for $5.Field trips cancelled 15 days or more in advance of the scheduled date will receive a 100% refund, minus the booking fee. Fields trips canceled between 8 and 14 days in advance of the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund, minus the booking fee. Field trips cancelled 7 days or less in advance of the scheduled date will not receive a refund of any type.Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the trips’ scheduled start time to check-in. If groups arrive late, the field trip time may be abbreviated due to scheduling considerations.Vehicle parking is free at Knock Knock. School buses may be directed to unload and then park 0.3 miles away at City Park on Dalrymple Drive.Knock Knock does not have indoor facilities for lunch, even in the case of inclement weather. The museum is located near City Park, where picnic tables, park benches, and grassy areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.Teachers and children can watch a 3.5 minute video for an overview of Knock Knock’s exhibits and rules!
