We are currently offering in-person Eco-Hub volunteering at one of our 6 sites with our staff and Corps Members, who are New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and low-income residents between the ages of 18-24.

Volunteers will aid with planting, harvesting, maintenance, and composting activities at the sites. The only skills required are a willingness to get dirty and work in all weather conditions. All tools will be provided.

Volunteer shifts are three hours each (9 AM to 12 PM or 1 to 4 PM).

Volunteer days start at a minimum of $200 per person and costs will increase as larger group sizes require additional staffing and supplies. (Discounted rates are available for non-profits and community groups. For any partners, please reach out to development@greencityforce.org directly).

We ask that groups for Eco-Hub Volunteer Events be a minimum of 5 people. Groups larger than 30 will require special accommodations.
From now until October, we have a particular need for volunteers in the field. If you can volunteer with your team in the next few weeks, we'd greatly appreciate your time.
