    All Communication Request Forms should be submitted NO LATER THAN 2 weeks prior to the PROMOTION start date of event. All Communication Requests MUST BE APPROVED BY STAFF. This deadline will provide sufficient time for the Communications Team at Central to create all the tools you need to ensure that the quality of your communication plan is excellent.
