    1. Recent Graduate of Teen Challenge or About To Graduate (intern) unless Approved by Director.
    2. Recent Graduate of TCMI (Employee) or Approved by Director
    3. Able to Get 2 References from Current Staff or Executive Director, or if Not a TC Graduate then Able to Get 2 References Giving Evidence of Godly Character and Persistent Good Church Attendance.
    4. Not A Sex Offender
    5. Drivers License Preferred But Will Consider All Applicants
