Adopter Agrees to the Following Terms and Conditions
By checking YES, you agree that the dog is to be kept as a house pet. It shall not be used for medical or any other experimental purposes.
By checking YES, you agree that the dog will not be used for any illegal activities nor found at any time in a municipality where the breed is illegal.
Applicant understands and agrees that NCAW makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the health, behavior and/or temperament of this animal. Adopter accepts full responsibility for any risks associated with owning this animal and hereby forever releases NCAW and its agents from any and all liability arising out of Adopter’s ownership and possession of this animal including, but not limited to, any claim for damages to persons or property caused by this animal. NCAW advises that any interaction between pets and children are to be closely supervised.
