The legal stuff:
- Rainjarden Does reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- If we work together, all patterns created on your behalf are the property of Rainjarden Does and are copywritten by Raina Fowler, Owner, Rainjarden Does.
- All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit is to cover the time put toward creating your custom glass pattern, which is almost always the bulk of the time spent on any project. Your deposit recoups a portion of this time, as well as coveres any supplies or glass already purchased for your custom order, which I am unable to recoup should you choose to not complete your project with Rainjarden Does after initial deposit has been made.
