  • 3G Nonprofit Framework™ Capacity Audit

    The purpose of this audit and assessment is to evaluate your organization’s current capacity across the three pillars of the 3G Nonprofit Framework™ — Governance, Growth, and Good. Through this process, we assess how your organization is structured, its readiness for sustainable growth, and its ability to measure and demonstrate community impact. The findings help identify capacity gaps and opportunities for infrastructure strengthening. After completing the audit, we will schedule a one-hour Audit Strategy Consultation, where we will review your results, present a preliminary action plan, and discuss recommended next steps aligned to your starting pillar within the 3G Framework™. You are welcome to invite key team members — including board leaders and staff — to participate in the consultation. Capacity building is most effective when leadership is engaged collectively.
