I have read the ordering guidelines. I am aware of order placement guidelines, payment modes accepted, minimum order amounts, modification and cancellation rules, and pickup plans.I acknowledge that Simply Sweet by Amy shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from or in connection with the consumption, handling, or storage of the macarons provided. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, or any other adverse reactions.I am responsible for picking up my order at the designated time and location. Simply Sweet by Amy shall not be responsible for orders left unclaimed beyond the agreed-upon pickup time. Any orders left unclaimed for more than 24 hours after the scheduled pickup time may be forfeited without refund.By placing an order with Simply Sweet by Amy, I agree to pay the total amount due for the order. Payment is due in full at the time of pick-up unless otherwise agreed upon by Amy. Failure to provide payment may result in the cancellation of the order and customer not being able to place future orders.
