  • DISCLAIMER:

    • I should consult a physician prior to enrolling to practise yoga if I am in any doubt.
    • Otherwise, I assume the physical risk of my own physical condition. I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
    • I recognise that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class.
    • I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
    • If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rejoin any time during the class.
    • I accept that the teacher is not liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking the class or in the future
    • I use the premises at my own risk.
  • Registration: Sign up to KELLY MACLEAN YOGA by filling out the registration form. 

    Classes are suitable for over 16's only.

    Class location: Classes will be held in the meeting room in Clooney/Quin GAA Clubhouse, Ballyhickey, Quin, Co. Clare  V95 YY51

    Payment Options: Please note that due to limited class sizes, a place is only guaranteed by booking in advance and in receipt of full payment for the class. 

    The class/block of classes be paid in cash or by Revolut either before or on the day of the class. Please arrive early for class if you are paying on the day of the class. 

    Absence: Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you cannot make a class that you have booked into so that I can accomodate others on a waiting list. 

    Missed classes: Students may swap between classes subject to space to suit their schedule during the term. 

    Cancellation Policy: Under NO circimstances are refunds given for missed classes due to holidays or illness or injury that may occur during a term due to maintaining ongoing viability of classes. 

    Class preparation: Refrain from eating 1 to 2 hours before practice or eat very light as yoga is best practised on an empty stomach. Please arrive at least five minutes before class to give yourself time to settle on your mat. We ask kindly that shoes are removed + personal belongings are left in dressing room/kitchen on entry.

    Etiquette:

    If you have to bring your phone, please make sure that it is turned off completely as not to disturb other students during the class.

    If you have to leave a class early, tell your teacher and leave quietly before the closing relaxation.

    Please wear comfortable clothing.

    What to bring:

    Bring a non-slip yoga mat. 

    You might also like to bring a water bottle for during class.

    ALL other PROPS/equipment ARE PROVIDED FOR CLASS. 

     

    *IMPORTANT*: Make sure your teacher is aware of any pre-existing condition or injury that might affect your yoga practice.

    Honour your body and practice within your body's limitations.
