1. Quote inquiry
Requesting a quote does not obligate the client to book our services. It is a preliminary step to understand the estimated cost and details of the services requested.
2. Booking and Deposit
To confirm and secure a booking date, $150 non-refundable deposit will be required. No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received
3. Cancellation and Changes
If the client wishes to cancel the booking, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstance. Any changes to the booking date or details must be requested in writing. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund of the deposit will be provided
4. Right to Refuse Service Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at any time to ensure the safety and well-being of our team, including in cases of rude behavior, discrimination, or any conduct that compromises a respectful and professional environment
