DEPOSITS
A $20 non-refundable deposit must be sent at the time of booking, failure to do so will result in cancellation. The deposit will go towards the service. Deposits must be sent through Zelle or Cashapp. The remaining balance must be paid IN CASH at the time of the appointment.

ARRIVAL
There is a 10-minute grace period for your apppointment. After 10 minutes, you will be charged a $10 late arrival fee. Failing to arrive after 20 minutes of your intial appointment time, your appoinment will be cancelled.
Please feel free to notify me of any delays; I understant that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
The address will be sent once your deposit is recieved. Please do not knock on the front door and instead notify me when you have arrived.
No-shows will be permanently banned from booking.
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
If applicable, please remove any contact lenses before arriving at your appointment.
Please remove any eye makeup, strip lashes, mosturizer or oil based products around the eye before arrival.
A bathroom will not be avaliable at the appointment location due to safety and hygenic reasons. Please use the restroom before-hand.
Please contact us if you are experiencing any flu/cold like symptoms or have come in contact with somebody with any symptoms. I will be happy to reschdule your appointment, free of charge.
Please do not consume any caffeine products before your appointment. Caffeine may cause fluttery eyes which can cause irritation during your servive, and affect the longevity of your eye lash extensions.
Plan ahead, appoinements can take anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours.
FILLS
Fills are reccommended after 2-3 weeks of your inital appointment. Please book your fills accordingly and mindfully, as time slots are very limited. AT LEAST 40% of your lashes must be on to be considered a fill. Anything less than 40% will be considered a full set.
Mini-fills must contain 70% of your lashes.
AFTER-CARE
Avoid water, steam, sweat, and humidity for the first 24-48 hours(though heat and steam should be avoided at all times). Avoid any oil-based products as these will break down the adhesive- check your cleansers, creams, and makeup removers. Avoid mascara and eyeliner on the lash line, they're hard to remove and can weaken retention.
Gently cleanse your lashes daily using a lash-safe cleanser and a soft brush to keep your lash line clean and prevent buildup. Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them fluffy and untangled.
Sleep on your back if possible, sleeping on your side or stomach can cause lashes to crush and twist. Don't rub, pull, or play with your lashes, this can cause premature shedding or damage to your natural eyelash. Maintain your lashes by booking your fills 2-3 weeks from your intial appointment.

I am home-based and I do own a dog. Please notify me ahead of time if you are allergic to or have a fear of dogs.
I do not offer refunds. In the event that you experience major fallout in the first 3 days of having lash extensions, please contact us to schedule a free touch-up.
