With a damage rate of less than 2%—significantly below industry standards—any potential issues are typically due to user error, which we can prevent through proper home care. 2. Regular Maintenance:

I acknowledge that regular maintenance appointments are necessary to ensure the health and integrity of my natural hair and extensions.

I will schedule and attend maintenance appointments at the recommended intervals as advised by my hair extension professional.

3. Non-Refundable Purchase:

I understand and agree that the purchase of hair extensions and related services is non-refundable once the installation has been completed.

Any concerns or issues with the extensions or services provided should be addressed within 7 days of the installation.
