Join the Club!
By joining, I understand and agree to the following statements; (1) If you cannot pickup during the pick up window, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the allocated date. Substitutions may be chosen by NOIR Wines if you are unable to pickup during the scheduled window. (2) I am at least 21 years of age, (3) A person of 21 years or older must be present for pick up or delivery of each club release and under ABC law, packages received must be signed for by an adult over 21 years of age, (4) All club purchases are subject to MD sales tax, (5) It is my obligation to notify NOIR SUNSHINE Wines of any address or billing changes, (6) I can cancel my membership via email (info@noirsunshinewine.com) or in writing at any time, at least 14 days prior to next scheduled pickup. (7) Membership for NOIR SUNSHINE WINE Club will be confirmed via phone within two business days following sign up call, at which point payment information will be collected. (8) Due to the highly curated and artisanal nature of this club, membership is limited. So that we are able to properly plan for the season, we ask when joining our club(s) you commit to at least one year. (9) All fees for Club memberships and associated charges, such as shipping charges and other related charges, are automatically billed to your credit card. (10) Shipping is $15 flat rate, or complimentary on orders of 12+ bottles.
