  • Terms & Conditions

As part of this application, you must read the following statements and acknowledge you understand and agree to each condition:
  •  Accreditation Process and Applicant Obligations

    • This media accreditation process is administered by Cricket Ireland, however, some input and advice may be sought from Cricket Boards in other countries to verify applicants standing and reputation.
    • This process will determine who is accredited regarding media access to international matches, but may involve declining some applications based on a number of internal criteria. You will receive formal correspondence confirming the status of your application in due course. No appeals will be entered into - decisions made will be considered final.
    • Any applicant who requires a visa to undertake work in the Republic of Ireland and/or Northern Ireland will be required to have this in order prior to arriving at the ground. A notice of accreditation does not negate the need for a valid visa. Cricket Ireland cannot directly intervene or assist with individual visa applications.
    • Please note that applications submitted from freelancers or agencies may be asked for details of commissioning agent / editor on headed paper as per the accreditation form.

    Accreditation conditions

    • You are not accredited until specific media accreditation access has been granted specifically to you by the Cricket Ireland Media & Communications Manager.
    • With confirmation of your accreditation you will receive more detailed Terms & Conditions that govern the accreditation process.
    • You will not be permitted access to the Media Centre unless officially accredited.
    • Media accreditation is not transferrable.
    • Cricket Ireland reserves the right to revoke accreditation without prior warning if an applicant contravenes any terms and conditions, or does not comply with the conditions of entry at the ground or the guidelines around the operation of the Media Centre. Cricket Ireland is not liable for any costs incurred by an accredited journalist who has their accreditation revoked.
