⚠️ TERMINATION POLICY: PUNCTUALITY, LATES & NO-SHOWS, WEATHER CONDITIONS & PARENT & CHILD CONDUCT
To ensure safety, consistency, and respect for coaches, players, and families, we enforce a strict attendance and punctuality policy. Consistent late arrivals or absences disrupt team dynamics, limit skill development, and diminish the experience for others. Therefore, the following rules apply:
⏰ Punctuality Policy
- All players must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled session start times, fully dressed and ready. If you arrive the eralier the better.
- There will be a 20 minute waiting time limit if session as startrted at
- requested time & client still hasn't arrived
⏳ Weather Conditions
- The only exception of a last minute cancelation or rescheduling a session is when weather conditions on the day of are not looking great or safe to train outdoors especially with for the safety of minors taking part of Perez Football training Program.
- In a bad weather condition when it comes to strong winds, heat waves over 30 degrees, heavy rain falls, cold conditions rescheduling will be accepted upon request.
- If any last minute chages due to weather conditions Coach will notify you via text/phone call for reschedule
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely arrival and prompt pick-up after sessions.
❌ Lateness
- 3 Late Arrivals (more than 5 minutes late without notice) within a 30-day period will result in a written warning.
- If client arrives late before 20 minute time limit the remaining amount of minutes within the hour will continue as there are no time extensions as you won't be granted the full hour.
- Continued lateness beyond 3 incidents will result in dismissal from the program without refund.
🚫 No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is defined as an absence without any prior notice before the session start time.
- Every no-show session counts as a loss as there is no rescheduling or refund.
- Every No-Shows will result in a warning.
- 3 No-Shows = immediate termination from the program without refund.
Notice must be given via phone, text, or email at least 48 hours in advance if a session will be missed.
⚠️ Early Pick-Up or Disruptive Drop-Off
- Repeated early departures or unscheduled interruptions during sessions wihtout notice are disruptive and will be treated & result as warning & potential termination.
📍 Special Circumstances
- Understand that emergencies happen. Documented medical issues or family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be communicated promptly to the Coach.
❌Parent & Child Code of Conduct Policy (Updated)
Please be informed and understand there are huge conditions of player & parent misconduct, behaviour & harassment or even against the coach. If a player or a parent with any form of disrespect or disrespectful arguments or strong offensive language involving threats, discrimination against gender, race, skin colour, religion, sexual orientation or physical violence against the Coach or to another parent or player as one of my clients will strongly not be tolerated and if taken too far legal justice will be made and will result in immediate termination whether if in person or online.
If however you have another upcoming session and it is past your 48 hours after purchase the same refund policy remains as mentioned.
