This form is to be used to submit a Short Course Establishment Record time for NEW records. This form is NOT to be used for setting or breaking existing records. If you are not sure, please reach out to Shannon via events@swimming.org.au for clarification first. All submissions are subject to verification and approval. Your time must have been achieved at an approved meet.

Meet Mobile screenshots are not accepted. You may submit a copy of official results printed during the meet, or take a screenshot from Swim Central after results have been loaded and approved. The Proof of Times must show that you achieved this time at a verified/approved meet. Please do not send a Hytek database, Meet Manager file or a state record application form - none of these will be accepted.

Please be advised, as this is for a Short Course Establishment Record. A record certificate will not be awarded for this result.

Establishment Records are used to set the base time for which a new record can be broken.

Australian records and Establishment record times will only be accepted when times are recorded by Automatic Officiating Equipment, or Semi-Automatic Officiating Equipment in case of Automatic Officiating Equipment system malfunction. Results recorded using manual timing will not be accepted. (SW 12.1.9A)
