Hillcrest School Apparel Order Form
Here is an order form for your school shirt and hoodie. Orders will be due Sept 4! Dark blue shirts (youth & adult S-XL) are $14. Dark blue hoodies (youth & adult S-XL) are $26. Royal blue shirts are $18 (youth & adult S-XL). If you need a larger adult size, please let me know below and I can reach out with pricing. Payment MUST be received with submission of this form and before order is placed.
