Standholder Fees – 2025

Permanent Standholders

$102/month incl. GST
Block 2 (Aug–Nov): $510 incl. GST

Casual Standholders

Redland Showgrounds: $154/month incl. GST
Sunshine Coast (Nambour): $128/month incl. GST

Deadline: Wednesday 20 Aug 2025
Pre-orders continue throughout 2025
Cancellations: notify by COB Thursday before Trade Day (no refunds after this)

Trade Day Terms & Conditions

Permanent Standholders expected at all Trade Days; advise if unable to attend
Entry: 5:45am – 6:30am | Sales: from 7:00am
Stock may be taken immediately after purchase
Maintain stand until close of Trade Day
Assist buyers with stock removal
Must be GIQ/reciprocal NGI Association member
Business name displayed at all times
All stock lines must be priced
Botanical labelling must comply with National Plant Labelling Guidelines
Applications assessed on availability, uniqueness, quality, and reliability

I understand that on lodgement of this application I will be allocated a stand either undercover or outdoors. Signing of the Standholder Application form means acceptance of Terms and Conditions listed overleaf. Your position in Trade Day is subject to your adherence to the Terms and Conditions overleaf and at the discretion of the Trade Day Committee.
