Welcome to South East Queensland’s premier horticultural trade day, BRISBANE TRADE DAY.
Experience a morning with various horticultural traders offering exceptional quality and service. This is a TRADE ONLY enterprise available to Horticultural businesses.
In 2025 nine Brisbane Trade Days will be held across two locations in South East Queensland, Redland Showgrounds in Cleveland and Nambour Showgrounds in Nambour.
The charge for permanent Standholders in 2025 equates to $102 per month, incl. GST

Block 1 fee for 2025 is $408 incl. GST which covers February, March, April & June.

Block 2 fee for 2025 is $510 incl. GST which covers August, September, October & two in November.
The charge for Redland Showground Casual Standholders in 2025 is $154 per month, incl. GST.
The charge for Nambour Showground Casual Standholders in 2025 is $128 per month, incl. GST.

- Wed 5 Nov 2025 – Redland Showgrounds Cleveland
- Wed 26 Nov 2025 – Redland Showgrounds Cleveland
Brisbane Trade Standholders are now invited to secure a six-month attendance site at Brisbane Trade Days from February to June 2025. The blocks will incorporate four trade days at Redland Showgrounds in Cleveland. There will also be an option for casual Standholders to attend, however permanent Standholders will be given preferential sites undercover where possible, casuals may not have cover.

Pre-orders will also continue throughout 2025.
Cancellations - If you are not able to attend a trade day, please advise no later than COB Thursday prior to trade day. There will be no refunds offered to either permanent or casual Standholders after this time.
NGIQ TRADE DAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Permanent standholders are expected to attend all Trade Days. Notification ofnon-attendance must be given.
- Standholder entry between 5.45am and 6.30am.
- Sales transacted from 7.00am only.
- Stock can be taken immediately.
- Standholders must maintain their stand area until conclusion of Trade Day.
- Standholders are expected to assist buyers in the removal of stock.
- Standholders are required to enforce these terms to ensure successful TradeDays.
- Greenlife standholders must be a member of NGIQ or reciprocal state NGIAssociation.
- Business name must be prominently displayed at all times.
- Pricing must be provided for all stock lines for the convenience of customers.
- All products are to be correctly labelled with botanical name. In accordancewith the National Plant Labelling Guidelines.
- Standholder applications remain subject to availability and are accepted on theuniqueness of lines offered; quality of stock; availability to attend regularlyand/or at short notice.
