1. Foundy is entitled to 20% of any revenue generated by the Advisor Partner's business or any subsidiary, affiliated or partner companies from a referral made by Foundy. This includes but is not limited to upfront or retainer fees, subscriptions, consultancy fees and success fees. Foundy's referral commission is chargeable on total revenue generated by the advisor from the referred business or individual, exclusive of VAT. The advisor partner may list some of their sell-side client on Foundy's marketplace or use a buyer outreach campaign to help the advisor partner find acquirers for their seller. If the seller is acquired by a Foundy buyer then Foundy receives 20% of the total success fee generated by the sell-side advisor with a minimum of 1% of the total deal value. 2. The Advisor Partner is entitled to between 20 to 50% of any revenue generated by Foundy or any of its subsidiary, affiliated or partner companies from a referral made by the Advisor Partner. This includes retainer fees, subscriptions, consultancy fees or success fees.
Foundy offers several key products and services, which are listed below. Foundy is willing to pay the advisor partner referral fees for introducing buyers or sellers to Foundy that go on to pay Foundy a fee.
The fee payable is a percentage of Foundy's revenue generated from a buyer or seller referred to Foundy by the Advisor Partner. It will be payable as agreed between the parties at the end of the month that the revenue was generated.
2a.) 20% of Foundy's revenue, exclusive of VAT, will be paid to the advisor partner fora referral if they provide a direct introduction to a company representative. This can be via your personalised affiliate link or via email introduction. The preference is for the affiliate link ideally as it is automated.
2b.) A higher success fee e.g. 20 to 50% may be mutually agreeable between both parties on a case-by-case basis if the advisor partner fully takes over the management of a particular seller and provides advisory services to them This is subject to discussion between Foundy and the advisor partner and should be formalised in writing via email for each given deal. It will depend on the mutually agreed level of involvement the advisor partner will have with the seller.
