    Our Bar Crew are a key part to making the festival work. The smiley faces doing busy shifts and helping generate a large part of the festival's fundraising. As a volunteer, you will get a ticket to the festival, relevant to the shifts you do. If you'd like to be a part of the team (you must be 18+), please let us know, below!

  • VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    (you need to agree to these in order to be a HFF volunteer) 

    1. I am aged 18 years or over.
    2. I agree to do any training I am asked to do by Home Farm Fest
    3. I agree to turn up to my rostered shifts on time, and to advise the Home Farm Festival staff well in advance if my availability for rostered shifts changes. 
    4. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of Home Farm Festival staff.
    5. I agree to turn up to my first rostered shift 15 minutes before my scheduled start, so as to be informed of particulars of the role and the venue.
    6. I will not turn up to a rostered shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    7. I agree to advise Home Farm Festival staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete tasks that I have been assigned to. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.
    8. I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities.
    9. As a member of the Home Farm Festival team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival.
    10. I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with HFF staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested.
    11. I understand that if I am unable to complete my allocated shifts, I may be asked to return my wristband.
    12. If you have stated to work after the festival, you must turn up to the shifts you have agreed to, especially if you have been given a ticket to the festival on the premise you will be there afterwards. 
    13. I understand that I am volunteering my services to HFF and will not receive any remuneration for my services.
