PERMISSIONS: I hereby grant Rachael Phillips dba RP Photography permission to photograph me and my children and possibly post them on her website and social media. COPYRIGHT: As a client of RP Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by RP Photography aka Rachael Phillips, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or edit these photographs elsewhere without the photographer's permission (that includes Instagram filters), and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: Fee must be paid to reserve your spot. This is non-refundable as it holds your spot for the photo session on the agreed time and date. If the photographer cancels without rescheduling, the session fee WILL BE refunded. Re-scheduling of the session due to bad weather may occur at photographer's discretion only, and clients will be notified. If you, the client, have to cancel for any reason, a refund will NOT be granted. Refunds are not given for any reason, including the following circumstances: not liking how you look in your images, session being completed in less than the time that was quoted, lack of usable images due to children not smiling or cooperating. Re-shoots are not an option. LATE FEE: These sessions are only 10 minutes long, so arriving late will shorten the time of your session, or you will have to wait until everyone else is finished. Lastly, parents are responsible for their children's behavior. If anything is damaged, you will be sent an invoice to replace it. Lastly, no littering on the tree farm's grounds, and please pick up after your dog if it defecates on their property. Thank you for being respectful!
