Terms and conditions
1. Payment
The total price is to be paid maximum 7 days after filling in the registration form. In case of payment in installments, the last installment must be paid 14 days before departure.
2. Use of the images
2.1) The images created may only be used by the participant if all participating service providers are named, who are notified in advance, the clear and obvious note “Workshop by @paulinasliwka.photography” and a corresponding link to the organizer’s website.
2.2) The organizer and all participating service providers must also be clearly placed above the hashtags in social networks.
3. Registration / Cancellation
3.1) Registration for the workshop must be made exclusively using this registration form and is binding upon signing.
3.2) If the participant cancels the workshop, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee. However, it is always possible to find a replacement participant. If this is found, the participant will not bear any costs. If this is not found, the participant will bear 100% of the cancellation fee.
3.3) If the participant does not show up any claim for reimbursement is also not valid.
4. Cancellation of the event
If the event is cancelled (due to illness of the organizer, force majeure or under-occupancy of the workshop), all participants will receive a refund of the participation fees already paid. The participant is not entitled to any further refunds.
5. Participants
The workshop participant accepts all possible risks for property damage or personal injury during the workshop or on arrival and departure and is fully liable for this. The workshop participant hereby waives all claims and causes of action relating to damage or loss of their property, any illness or injury, including death.
6. Confidentiality and non-competition clause
6.1) The participant hereby agrees to treat all workshop content as strictly confidential and is aware that all content is protected by copyright and property rights. All materials and the organizer's intellectual property may not be recorded, reproduced or otherwise distributed. Use for teaching or training purposes is also strictly prohibited.
6.2) The images created may not be used to promote your own workshops or similar competing events.
6.3) In order to protect its rights, the organizer will take legal action against any unauthorized use of its content.
