After you submit your details we will review and check our availability. We may have additional questions to make sure we get the best sitter fit for you and your pet(s).
Once we have confirmed availability we will contact you, usually by email, as well as send our new client setup and an invitation to set up a profile in our client software program. If you have contacted us after hours, during a holiday or on the weekend you may not hear from us until the next business day.
If for some reason we are unable to handle your request, we will provide you with some references of other companies in the area.
