Are you a Sparkplug? Here’s a window to see yourself as a person who can lead people to achieve results. Being a Sparkplug helps you to accelerate achievement for you and others both professionally and personally whether you supervise others or not. Strengthening your Sparkplug attributes helps you to influence others even when you do not have a position of authority.
