    WED-FRI | 5:30pm registration.  Pickup time is 8:30pm.

  • By signing below you give the above listed children permission to attend VBS at Inland Lighthouse Church. You authorize any treatment by an accredited hospital or physician deemed necessary in case of an emergency and you agree to not hold ILC, its leaders, emplyees, volunteer staff, liable for damage, losses, diseases, or injuries incurred by the subject of this form.
