Obligations of the School

Obligations of the School The School undertakes to do all preparation prior to tutoring sessions and to structure sessions in such a way as to optimize time to the benefit of the Student. The School is not responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained by the Student at the above location.

Obligations of the Parent(s)Obligations of the Parent(s) The Parent(s) agrees to ensure that the student is present and ready for the tutoring session at the arranged time. The Parent(s) agrees to monitor any homework assignments. The Parent agrees to communicate early if an emergency will interfere with the tutoring schedule.

The following tutoring type will be arranged between the School and the Parent, dates and times to be confirmed:

One-to-one tutoring - $50 for 55 minutesSmall group tutoring - $30 for 55 minutesHomeschool assessment - $90 for 55 minutesHomeschool one-to-one tutoring - $50 for 55 minutesHomeschool small group tutoring - $30 for 55 minutesHomeschool Consultancy - $50 for 30 minutes

Fees are paid one week in advance in cash, by Cash App to $Tee3Pee0, or Apple Pay.

Late Arrival

Fees are calculated according to the times stipulated in the schedule and no adjustment shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the Student.

Cancellation of Lessons by Parent

The Parent may cancel lessons by giving at least 48 hours (2 days) prior notice to the School, inwhich case no tuition fees will be incurred. Lessons not attended by the Student without giving 48 hours prior notice to the School shall be charged at the full rate. MISSED LESSONS ARE CHARGED AT THE SAME RATE AS TUTORING.

Cancellation of Lessons by School

The School may cancel lessons by giving at least 24 hours prior notice to the Parent (unless and extreme emergency occurs) in which case no fees shall be incurred. The School will then arrange a mutually convenient time to reschedule this canceled lesson.

Photo Release

I understand that my child whose name is listed above may be photographed at the School during normal hours, field trips, or activities. I understand that these photographs may be used in promoting the School's services, either in print or on the Internet. I understand that itis my responsibility to update this form in the event that I no longer wish to authorize the above uses.

Termination of Contract

This contract may be terminated by either party at any time by giving the other party 14 days prior written notice. No refunds or exchanges.
