Resident Assistant Performance Evaluation

The goal of performance evaluations are to reflect on your performance as a Resident Assistant and GMercyU community member, including individual accomplishments and areas for improvement.

This form takes about 30 minutes to complete. Slow down, don't cheat yourself out of personal reflection and growth.

The more thoughtful and reflective your responses are, the better equipped we are to support your growth as a student and a leader in the future.
