JAXREIA Marketing Release Waiver

I grant permission to JAXREIA, The Jacksonville Real Estate Investors Association, to use my name, image, and likeness for for marketing and promotional purposes captured at events I attend or present at. This includes but is not limited to: audio, video, photographs, and presentation materials, recorded or captured during my presentations for marketing, promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

I understand and agree that:

Ownership Rights: I waive any ownership rights, including copyright, in the content mentioned above and assign all rights, title, and interest in the content to JaxREIA.

Use and Distribution: The Association has the right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish the content in any media, including but not limited to websites, social media, promotional materials, and educational resources.

No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of the content as outlined in this waiver.

Duration of Use: This waiver applies indefinitely unless otherwise requested by me to be removed from marketing materials.

Release of Liability: I release JAXREIA, its representatives, and anyone acting under its authority from any liability arising out of the use of the content as permitted by this waiver.
