The booth Size is 10’ x 10’. If you require a bigger space please request it on your application for consideration.
Cost of 10 x 10 booth space is Per Agreement (excluding power) (no Wi-Fi included).
Cost of Food Truck Space is (Per Agreement) (no Power) (no Wi-Fi)
Trade show hours and move-in times will be sent to you with the acceptance letter.
All Vendors MUST have Proof of Insurance for the event with General Liability Coverage Options
Included Coverages:
· Coverage Limits - $1,000,000 Occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate
· Medical Limit - $5,000 Medical Payments
· Deductible - $1,000 Deductible
· Damage to Rented Premises - $100,000
· Personal & Advertising Injury - $1,000,000

EQUUS Film Fest, LLC MUST be listed as Additional Insured.
Vendors will supply their own power cords, lights, tables, and chairs.
Each vendor will supply their own 10x10 canopy to put up with their display if needed.
Space will be assigned and it is not exchangeable.
