General Information

The booth Size is 10’ x 10’. If you require a bigger space please request it on your application for consideration.

Cost of 10 x 10 booth space is Per Agreement (excluding power) (no Wi-Fi included).

Cost of Food Truck Space is (Per Agreement) (no Power) (no Wi-Fi)

Trade show hours and move-in times will be sent to you with the acceptance letter.

All Vendors MUST have Proof of Insurance for the event with General Liability Coverage Options

Included Coverages:

·         Coverage Limits - $1,000,000 Occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate

·         Medical Limit - $5,000 Medical Payments

·         Deductible - $1,000 Deductible

·         Damage to Rented Premises - $100,000

·         Personal & Advertising Injury - $1,000,000

EQUUS Film Fest, LLC MUST be listed as Additional Insured.

Vendors will supply their own power cords, lights, tables, and chairs.

Each vendor will supply their own 10x10 canopy to put up with their display if needed.

Space will be assigned and it is not exchangeable.
I, the undersigned as representative of the above-mentioned Vendor, hereby release and agree to hold harmless EQUUS Film Fest, LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any damage to my property or any personal injury which I or my help may sustain while participating at the EQUUS Film & Arts Fest | The Mustang Summit events. Further, I agree to abide by the guidelines for participation as listed in the 2024 Vendor Guidelines and all policies established by EQUUS Film & Arts Fest | The Mustang Summit Program Committee. I agree that failure to follow these guidelines can mean expulsion from future EQUUS Film & Arts Fest | The Mustang Summit events.

New Mexico Equine Liability Act

Under New Mexico Law, “No person, corporation or partnership is liable for personal injuries to or for the death of a rider that may occur as a result of the behavior of equine animals while engaged in any equine activities.” And “No person, corporation or partnership shall make any claim against, maintain any action against or recover from a rider, operator, owner, trainer or promoter for injury, loss or damage resulting from equine behavior unless the acts or omissions of the rider, owner, operator, trainer or promoter constitutes negligence.”
