You will need to bring the following with you to your interview:

Current Driver's License

Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

All Merchant Mariner Credentials & Endorsement

You may attach information below but bring originals with you to the interview.
License and Training Certificates/Endorsements

DO NOT ATTACH any material that could be classified as highly sensitive (anything that may contain banking, drivers license, passport, social security numbers or any type of government number)
