Form Purpose:

• Share input on published position statements
• Share thoughts and ideas for new programs and products you wish the Academy to offer
• Ask questions on how to petition for a SIG or how to get involved
• Invite the Academy to provide comments on external position statements/clinical practice guidelines of other healthcare organizations
• Invite the Academy to participate in an interview for a news article or other media about the profession.
