BECOME INSOMNIA'S NEW TOY

At today's date Fecha I, hereinafter referred to as "slave" of the information above, submit, of my own free will, to Insomnia Domina, hereinafter referred to as "MISTRESS", and agree to the following terms and conditions as stated in this Contract of Slavery.

Agreements:

1. I am a virtual slave and the owned property of my MISTRESS during the term/play time.
2. I am fully aware of what it means to be in a D/s relationship according to previous research on the subject and I understand that it is not about pleasing the MISTRESS in exchange for another thing, but rather that pleasing in itself is your fulfillment and enjoyment as a slave.
3. I agree to complete and instant obedience of any command from my MISTRESS.
4. I agree to be trained in any manner my MISTRESS wishes.
5. I agree NOT to be used sexually until my MISTRESS and Her slave reach a conceptual agreement.
6. I agree and will submit to any punishment and funishment my MISTRESS sees fit, as long as they are within the slave's list of preferences and boundaries.
7. I agree to put on, use or take off any article of clothing or instrument of bondage, at any time, by order of my MIstress.
8. I agree to be marked (using a temporary means of marking) like livestock at any time that my MIstress deems appropriate.
9. I must address my LADY as MISTRESS at all times and complete all tasks with doubts or questions.
10. I must treat all friends of MISTRESS as superiors and will address them accordingly but not submitting to them.
11. I must not speak unless spoken to and I must ask permission to speak out of turn.
12. The use of the safe word to stop the game, negotiate limits or the full termination of this contract without right of refund. Safeword will be provided at the first contact as long as the MISTRESS does not expose the slave to danger.
13. Using aftercare time as an opportunity to satisfy a fantasy (asking nudes, personal info, praise fetish) or try topping for bottom will cause the full termination of this contract without right to refund.
14. I agree to comply with the following behavioral specifications:
    • I will remain scrupulously clean at all times.
    • I will never embarrass my MISTRESS in any way.
    • I will not engage in malicious gossip or use insulting or degrading language toward others.
    • My manners and tone will be that of a slave at all times and will reflect deference towards my MISTRESS at all times.
    • I will not act defensive when my MISTRESS asks me or call out.
    • I will never interrupt my MISTRESS or other people when she speaks.
    • I will not engage in sexual intercourse, intimate contact, or participate in any scenes without my MISTRESS's express permission.
    • I will always serve my MISTRESS on my knees until my MISTRESS releases me.
    • I will tell the truth at all times.
    • I will inform my MISTRESS respectfully immediately if she breaks any of her own rules.
    • I understand my MISTRESS isn't a perv dispensary and Acts of Service that include a Financial Budget or Respecting her vanilla life and play off time, are mandatory.

Of my own free will, without reservation and does so under no coercion, threat or bribe, I understand that as a slave I have no rights of revocation. I, further, release the " MISTRESS " from any past, present, or future liability in connection with or as a result of this agreement.
