    Once we confirm a time, the deposit is due within 24 hours to secure your spot, or the appointment will be released.     Parent/Legail Guardian must be present for entire procedure, and have all relevent documentation including ID, Medicare, Childs Birth Certificate to upload on the consent form on the day.

    Both my child and I fully understand the risks involved in a skin penetration procedure, including potential complications such as infection, allergic reactions, and prolonged healing times. I give my full consent for my child to receive a piercing, acknowledging that my child has made the voluntary decision to proceed with the piercing. I accept complete responsibility for supervising and ensuring the aftercare process is followed diligently to promote proper healing and minimize any risks associated with the procedure.
