Our team has been organising meetups at the intersection of design leadership, strategy and design operations for seasoned UX / product design professionals since Oct 2022.

We started Led by Design a little less than a year ago on a mission to amplify the impact of design as value driver and strategic partner.

LBD events are focusing on ways to scale design rather than just doing design (hosted 4 so far). Moving into our second programming season, we would love to hear from YOU and learn how might we improve the quality of the content, event format, and overall experiences.
