The Delta Protection Advisory Committee (DPAC) provides recommendations to the Delta Protection Commission (DPC) on diverse interests within the Delta.

Committee members serve three-year terms, and are expected to attend six meetings per year.

DPAC typically meets on the first Tuesday of even-numbered months (February, April, June, August, October, and December), though meeting dates may occasionally shift. (The 2026 schedule can be found here.) Meetings are held in the Delta at rotating locations.

There are five openings for terms that will expire in 2029. All incumbents are eligible to reapply, though Delta Recreation Seat 1 is vacant.

The deadline to apply for these seats is 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
