The Delta Protection Advisory Committee (DPAC) provides recommendations to the Delta Protection Commission (DPC) on diverse interests within the Delta.

Committee members serve three-year terms, and are expected to attend six meetings per year.

DPAC typically meets on the first Tuesday of even-numbered months (February, April, June, August, October, and December), though meeting dates may occasionally shift. Meetings are held in the Delta at rotating locations.

There is a mid-term opening for the Delta Agriculture Seat 1. The appointee's term will expire in May 2026.

The deadline to apply for this seat is 5 p.m. June 30, 2025.
