Our Daycare Policies are as follows:
Dogs are paired with groups of similar temperament. For the safety of the dogs and staff, we have a 0 tolerance policy for dogs who attempt to escape our fencing (including jumping over or digging out), biting/ snapping at staff, or are intolerant of other dogs in their space. We reserve the right to remove any dog from daycare due to concerns related to behavior and health. Our daycare policies are below:
- Dogs must be over 10 weeks
- Puppies must have negative fecal test
- Dogs must attend daycare at least once every 2 weeks to stay eligible for daycare
- Male dogs must be neutered by 8 months old as many dogs are intolerant of teenage intact males and many adolescents begin pushing boundaries with other adult dogs (exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the daycare).
- Female dogs must be spayed by 12 months old as many dogs are intolerant of intact females (exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the daycare)
- Females in season are not permitted for two weeks post-season.
- Dogs must come wearing a quick-release collar. Martingales, prong collars, choke chains, harnesses, electronic collars (Excluding fitness trackers such as the FI, Apple Air Tag, and Whistle collars), and belt buckle-style collars are not allowed into the play yards due to the possibility of injury. We do have flat collars if you forget.
- If your dog is sneezing/coughing, nasal or eye discharge, vomiting, has loose stool, or is in any way not feeling well please let us know. These symptoms require them to stay home. If you bring an ill dog to daycare you will be charged the full price of your dog's daycare booking.
- Payment is due on Saturday each week. Trial days must be paid for at drop off or pick up.
We utilize a fish-based kibble in our yards to reinforce good behaviors, please let us know if your dog has allergies.
