    This acknowledgement of debt (AOD) contains an admission of liability by employee. By signing this document, you, the employee, acknowledge that you owe a particular sum of money to the Company and you undertake to repay what is owing.
  • NOTE: An AOD for this reason must be completed and issued by the store’s RGM. If the RGM is unavailable, the Acting MOD may complete and issue it.

  • NOTICE: UNIFORM - Management Re-issue

    As part of your employment, the company provides you with a re-issue of standard uniform every 12 to 18 months. Employees are required to pay a R500.00 deposit towards this uniform, which is refundable upon termination, AND return of uniform, based on the following sliding scale (from the date of re-issue of uniform):

    0 – 3 months of employment: R400 refunded

    3 – 6 months of employment: R300 refunded

    6 – 9 months of employment: R200 refunded

    9 – 12 months of employment: R100 refunded

    After 12 months: R0 refunded

  • NOTICE: UNIFORM - Management Promotion

    As part of your appointment to Management Position, the company will issue you a new standard Management uniform set. Please note that your next uniform re-issue date—normally scheduled every 12 to 18 months—will now be calculated from your date of appointment. Employees are required to pay a R500.00 deposit towards this uniform, which is refundable upon termination, AND return of uniform, based on the following sliding scale (from the date of re-issue of uniform):

    0 – 3 months of employment: R400 refunded

    3 – 6 months of employment: R300 refunded

    6 – 9 months of employment: R200 refunded

    9 – 12 months of employment: R100 refunded

    After 12 months: R0 refunded

  • NOTICE: UNIFORM - Lobby Host Appointment

    As part of your appointment to the position of Lobby Host, the company will issue you a new standard Lobby Host uniform set. Please note that your next uniform re-issue date—normally scheduled every 12 to 18 months—will now be calculated from your date of appointment. Employees are required to pay a R500.00 deposit towards this uniform, which is refundable upon termination, AND return of uniform, based on the following sliding scale (from the date of re-issue of uniform):

    0 – 3 months of employment: R400 refunded

    3 – 6 months of employment: R300 refunded

    6 – 9 months of employment: R200 refunded

    9 – 12 months of employment: R100 refunded

    After 12 months: R0 refunded

  • NOTICE: UNIFORM - Team Member Re-issue

    As part of your employment, the company provides you with a re-issue of standard uniform every 12 to 18 months. Employees are required to pay a R300.00 deposit towards this uniform, which is refundable upon termination, AND return of uniform, based on the following sliding scale (from the date of re-issue of uniform):

    0 – 3 months of employment: R240 refunded

    3 – 6 months of employment: R180 refunded

    6 – 9 months of employment: R120 refunded

    9 – 12 months of employment: R-60 refunded

    After 12 months: R0 refunded

  • NOTICE: UNIFORM - Lobby Host Re-issue

    As part of your employment, the company provides you with a re-issue of standard uniform every 12 to 18 months. Employees are required to pay a R500.00 deposit towards this uniform, which is refundable upon termination, AND return of uniform, based on the following sliding scale (from the date of re-issue of uniform):

    0 – 3 months of employment: R400 refunded

    3 – 6 months of employment: R300 refunded

  • NOTICE: UNIFORM - New Employee UNIFORM

    At the start of your employment, the company provides you with a standard set uniform. Employees are required to pay a R500.00 deposit towards this uniform, which is refundable upon termination, AND return of uniform, based on the following sliding scale (from the date of re-issue of uniform):

    0 – 3 months of employment: R400 refunded

    3 – 6 months of employment: R300 refunded

    6 – 9 months of employment: R200 refunded

    9 – 12 months of employment: R100 refunded

    After 12 months: R0 refunded

  • NOTICE: AD-HOC UNIFORM

    Please be advised that any Ad Hoc uniform purchased by you is entirely at your own cost and choice. The company does not cover or contribute to these purchases, and as such, no deposit is required, nor will any refunds be applicable for Ad Hoc uniform items. You are also not required to return your Ad Hoc uniform purchased.
