      CPNI passcodes and recovery questions are established by a customer for their protection. Your answers will be used by Rainbow employees to access your account information.

      Rainbow offers a simple way to pay your bill. Sign up for a direct payment from your checking/savings account or credit card to cover your monthly telephone and internet charges. Withdrawals are taken out on the 10th of each month. Please complete this to activate "direct payment." All information requested on this must be completed. Failure to provide necessary information may cause a delay in processing your request. If you have any questions, please give a customer service representative a call at 800-892-0163. You will still receive a bill and it will be marked "automatic payment, please do not pay." This authority is to remain in full force and effect until we receive written notification from you of its termination in such time and manner as to afford the company a reasonable opportunity to act.
