Approval Requirements

All applications will be reviewed by the department and applicants will receive a notification of eligilbility by September 1st after receving a completed application. Applications must be completed in full. Scholarship awards are based on availability of funding each year. This program is designed to give applicants user credit of $100 per child. This application is required to be filled out once a year. This form does exclude pool passes and other Parks and Recreation benefits (facility rentals, etc).
