Potato Expo 2025 Meeting Space Request Form
Complete this form if you are interested in securing a meeting room at the Orlando World Center Marriott (Marriott) during the Potato Expo 2025. Meeting Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit one form for each meeting room requested. The Potato Expo will assign meeting rooms based on the information included in the form. The Potato Expo will, then, connect company with the Marriott. The Marriott will not assign meeting space if contacted directly. Companies assigned meeting space are responsible for all costs, including, but not limited to, food and beverage, internet, audio visual. Billing and event orders should be set up no later than December 13. Any requests after December 13 are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. Potato Expo will notify companies who have submitted a Meeting Space Request Form of their meeting room assignment by November15. Please do not contact the Potato Expo by phone or email prior to November 15. Potato Expo reserves the right to accept, reject or condition acceptance, based on Potato Expo's sole discretion, for any reason, which need not be disclosed to the organization. All outstanding obligations to Potato Expo by the organization, including payment of all debts must be fulfilled prior to space assignment.
STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT This application form is used to apply for function space approval. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from Potato Expo show management regarding your application. Please enter your initials to confirm that you have read and agree to with the State of Agreement.

Events and receptions requested during times the Expo Hall is open will not be assigned. The Expo Hall will be open Thursday, January 9 11am-6:30pm and Friday, January 10 from 9am-5pm. Conference rooms can be utilized throughout the show.
