Fuel: natural gas, LPG, oil or other. Use: space heating, hot water, steam, process heat or other.

Fuel meter covers: one appliance, several, whole site, no meter or unknown

Fuel pipes and access

For each appliance, label the measurements with its name or number. State whether pipe size is the measured outside diameter or the marked size. Measure clear straight pipe without bends, valves or obstructions, and mark the fitting position on a photo.

For more than three appliances, include the extra appliance details, ratings, fuel pressures and pipe measurements in your notes or email.

Additional notes or extra appliances

For appliances 4 onwards, list each name or number, manufacturer/model, power and unit, fuel pressure and pipe measurements if known. Also explain any access differences between appliances. You can email extra details and labelled photos to info@magnatechsystems.com.

Send your survey for a quotation

Include photos of the whole appliance, rating plate, fuel pipe route and fitting position. Show pipe size and clear length with a tape measure. Photograph any cover blocking access.

Ask the authorised site engineer to provide access if needed. Do not remove covers or disconnect anything yourself. Mark hidden pipework as Not checked.
